No More Intimate Music is a concert performance by musician Rio Wolta and director Piet Baumgartner – and an album release with an unconventional format. Experimenting with an alternative to the classical frontal concert in between the wooden beams and sloped ceilings in the cozy attic of the Gessnerallee,: songs are broken up into fragments, repeated, and intensified. Six musicians play in two different rooms for three hours without a beginning or an end. The audience can come and go as desired.

No More Intimate Music is also Rio Wolta’s second album, which will be released on 9 November.
